Summer has been very shitty musically but its a few mixtapes and one album that I am feeling. Wale Back to the Feature is by far an Epic event. I wish I could have been on it. 9th straps him with some essentials I am really looking froward to his album. It crazy cuz last summer Wale gave me a crack mixtape that had me in the crib like "What The Fuck", now that its a year in the making I recognize his progress. I hope I can achieve that type of growth by next summer.
I am also kinda feeling J.Cole's mixtape...its pretty good... Solid look by Hov by signing him. Word of advice to Cole, " Don't do a song with Jay its gonna show how unprepared you are for the rap game and then you will be another Memph Bleak..Overall Good shit.
Mos Def diserves a post by himself. Just for being genius. Nevertheless The Ecastic is awsome. Its refreshing and it is vintage. I love niggas that live vintage and make music that my mother can vibe too...
